Rescheduling
You may reschedule any session free of charge up to 12 hours before its start time — through the patient portal or by messaging us. Sessions rescheduled later than that, or missed without notice, are counted as conducted.
Cancelling a plan
Unused sessions in a package can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, minus sessions already conducted and a small administrative fee. After 30 days, packages are non-refundable but remain usable until expiry.
Therapist-side changes
If we must reschedule, you are offered the nearest equivalent slot or a substitute therapist of equal qualification. If neither works, the session credit is restored in full.

Write to hello@clearvoicespeech.com or message us on WhatsApp. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
